20,000sqm of retail in a true town centre — not a strip mall. We used building form and materiality to differentiate zones.

A large project that I helped to document and observe in construction with Ignite. Multiple buildings, multiple issues to solve, multiple stakeholders. Co-ordinating changes as tenants came on board, all while maintaining the construction programme.
