2,200sqm of warehousing with a 450sqm floating office for a New Zealand lighting business that uses the warehouse for stock and the assembly of fittings.

The warehouse is a simple form that allows trucks to drive into the building, unload, then exit back out to the road.

The client and I worked together on various concept ideas until the Wingate documentation team took it forward. I remained as Project Director, liaising with the client and builder.
