A 7-storey commercial building of around 7,500sqm. The ground floor carries a large hospitality tenancy, with six floors of office above.

I was involved in the project from concept through to construction. I led the Wingates team and liaised directly with the client and their PMs. I was also involved in negotiations with the major tenant, Craigs Investment Partners.

The building is due for completion in December 2026.
